Budget Management & Financial Control

We provide advisory services on how to identify potential revenue for the event and will be responsible for identifying all costs for the purpose of developing an event budget.

Participant Administration & IT

We’ll control and monitor the overall registration process, including:

Creation and set-up of a stand-alone or embedded Conference/Event web page
Conference Registration Platform site creation
Harvesting and administration of registrations both before and during the event
Production and distribution of confirmation letters, invoicing (credit card and bank payments)
Participant contacts regarding practical questions
Printing and distribution of tickets for meals, excursions and social events
Production of name badges
Updating and printing of the master lists/participant lists and other statistical reports
Registration of all payments from the participants, as well as payment control through electronic reminders on outstanding amounts
Preparation, packing of conference material and bags
Our event web site is mobile-friendly; enabling a fully functional and adapted platform for mobile devises. We also provide a congress app.

Administration of Hotels & Event locations

We provide professional assistance in the selection and evaluation of the event venues and will act as the contracting party to the selected venue. We’ll ensure the administration of the hotel room blocks/ room allocations and will be financially responsible for all room nights.

Marketing & Promotion Management

We provide advisory services in relation to the establishment of marketing and promotion strategies for the event.

Exhibition & Sponsorship Coordination

We can take responsibility for the process of coordinating exhibits and sponsorships.

Abstract Management

We provide advisory services on how to systematize and organize the receipt of scientific abstracts, including the necessary software solution to administer the abstract management process.

Production and Management of Social Events

INFODOCDAGENE 2020

First United provided full-blown PCO services for the yearly congress for users of Infodoc Plenario Journal System. First United provided for online registration for 400 delegates, meeting facilities, evening entertainment, hotel rooms and exhibitions during the congress. First United also delivered technical services onsite as well as advisory, budgeting and post event audited financial statements.

ISAE 2019

53rd International Congress of the International Society for Applied Ethology (ISAE). ISAE 2019 was held in Bergen. As the PCO First United provided PCO-services for the 416 participants from 37 different countries, including online registration platform, 100 abstracts (full abstract & paper management), 50 scientific posters, 350 rooms, housing, multiple daily spouse cultural excursions, and social events during the congress over 4 nights. First United also delivered technical services onsite as well as advisory, budgeting and post event audited financial statements.

WORLD TUNNEL CONGRESS 2017

First United provided full-blown PCO services for; 1700 delegates with online registration platforms, 700 abstracts (full abstract & papers management), 200 scientific posters, 700 rooms, housing, 6500 sq meter exhibition, 4 pre, post technical tour, 6 technical site visits during the congress, multiple daily spouse cultural excursions, and social events during the congress over 6 nights. First United also delivered technical services onsite as well as advisory, budgeting and post event audited financial statements.

HEMATOLOGISK VINTER & HØSTMØTE 2019

First United provided full-blown PCO services for the two yearly congresses on hematology. For both congresses First United provided for online registration for delegates, hotel rooms, exhibitions and social events during the congress. First United also delivered technical services onsite as well as advisory, budgeting and post event audited financial statements.
