Car Launch | Norway
Global launch of new Jaguar Range Rover
First United found unique locations off the beaten track, obtained permission to drive on private roads and up ski hills. Furthermore, First United agreed with the owner of the Storfjord Hotel to have 10 extra rooms built for the event; a 43% increase. Several private companies outside the event industry became part of this extraordinary event, and the authorities agreed to a special customs and passport check in the airport and even allowed a line-up of cars on the airport apron. This was an event were First United really proved that we can tailor everything!

First United provided full-blown PCO services for; 1700 delegates with online registration platforms, 700 abstracts, 700 rooms – Housing, 6500 sq meter Exhibition, 4 pre, post technical tour, 6 technical site visits during the congress, Multiple daily spouse cultural excursions, and Social events during the congress over 6 nights. First United also provided technical services onsite as well as advisory, budgeting and post event audited financial statements.
